On July 11-13, 2025, the 2025 4th International Conference on Smart Grid and Energy Systems (SGES 2025), hosted by Guizhou University and Guizhou Power Grid Co., Ltd., and undertaken by the AEIC Academic Exchange Center, was successfully held in Guiyang, China!
Mr. Fengjun Yan, Deputy General Manager of the Innovation and Architecture Department of Guizhou Power Grid Co., Ltd delivered the opening address on behalf of the organizing committee, extending a warm welcome to all attendees both on-site and online. The conference featured invited keynote speeches by Professor Yun Wang from University of California, Professor Jizhong Zhu from South China University of Technology, Professor Wei Yao from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor Qiang Yang from Zhejiang University, Professor Bo Wang from Wuhan University and Professor-level Senior Engineer Qingsheng Li from Guizhou Power Grid Co., Ltd. They shared the latest research findings and insights in their respective fields, engaging in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies and development trends in Smart Grid, Energy Systems and other related areas.
The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining both online and offline participation. More than 80 experts, scholars, and graduate students from universities and research institutions worldwide attended the conference. Through various forms of exchange such as keynote speeches, oral presentations, and poster sessions, participants engaged in fruitful discussions on topics related to the conference, providing new ideas and inspiration to advance the field and promote international academic collaboration and development in related research areas.
